Install Windows 8 without a product key

As you maybe are aware by now (you googled for this solution I guess), Windows 8 needs a product key before installing. In Windows 7 one could simply skip this. The difference is the ei.cfg file that’s missing in Windows 8 and this little file is the solution. We need to add it to the Windows 8 ISO to make skipping the product key section possible. To start with the bad news. For now there is no solution. When Hyper-V is enabled, VMWare Workstation 9 simply refuses to install or to run. But there is a way to install and use VMWare Workstation 9 while having Hyper-V installed. I’m using Windows 8 for some time now and have no complaints like so many other people seem to have. The only problem I wish would be fixed, is the driver and software support for my HP Officejet 6500. I can only print but the scan software is not working.
